You may return any item purchased from our official online store by mail. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the Villeroy & Boch packing slip.

We do not offer free shipping for returns. Return shipping costs are up to the customer.

Once your return is inspected, a refund will be issued for the value of the item, including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at eservice@villeroy-boch.com within 30 days of delivery, including a photo of the damaged item and your order number.

The shipping cost is $10.00 for all orders up to $98.99. We offer free shipping for orders from $99.00+ (Contiguous US States). 

The value threshold applies after deducting all vouchers.

Vouchers can only be entered during the checkout process in the shopping cart. Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem a voucher after the order has been placed.

You can combine your set with any pieces made from the same material, as there are no differences in color. We offer Premium Porcelain and Premium Bone Porcelain (Bone China).

Most of our collections are microwave-safe, except for those with precious metal accents. Items with gold or platinum trim should not be used in the microwave. You can find microwave-safety information for each item on our website.
